INTRODUCTION
The CJ6107 Series are a group of positivevoltage regulators manufactured by CMOStechnology with high ripple rejection,ultra-fast transient response and lowdropout voltage, which provide large outputcurrents even when the difference of theinput-output voltage is small. Each of theCJ6107 series consists of a high-precisionvoltage reference, an error correction circuit,and a current limited output driver. Thus theseries are very suitable for thebattery-powered equipments, wirelesscommunication applications, industryequipments and so on.
